La Pesca District Antioquia

The La Pesca - Puerto Narea district, Antioquia, has five neighboring villages, and the municipal seat is located within the district's territory.

Its district seat is located on the banks of the Nare River, very close to where it flows into the Magdalena River. It is projected to become an important ecotourism destination, thanks to its natural resources, primarily its water sources suitable for fishing, beautiful beaches, and boat tours on the Nare River.

LOCATION

La Pesca borders the La Sierra district to the north, Puerto Triunfo to the south, the department of Boyacá to the east, and the La Unión district to the west.
